UPSC announce Civils Notification 2013. Good News for who are prepared in civils. UPSC has made some changes in Civils 2013. UPSC Mains written examination has 4 General Studies papers, One optional subject and total has 7 papers with 1800 marks. UPSC official website is www.upsc.nic.in.
UPSC Civils and Mains online applications are invited through www.upsconline.nic.in. Online applications are started from March 05th 2013. Last date of submission of Online Applications are 04th April 2013. UPSC Prelims Examination Date is 26th May 2013.
